Pure & Simple

Food always brings people together, and so the annual Vegetarian Food Fair at the Hamilton Mountain Seventh-day Adventist Church, has always been a great event that brings the church and the community together. Delicious vegetarian foods to sample from many different communities, cooking demonstrations, outdoor BBQ veggie grill, games for the kids, health screening services, blood pressure checks and in some years – massage therapy, are just some of the activities at the event and all contribute to a positive initiative for a healthier lifestyle. The theme this year is ‘Pure & Simple - A Lifestyle for Optimal Health.’
